Use the Negative Emotion Addiction Hypnosis Script to Help Clients Rediscover Joy

Individuals can develop an addiction to negative emotions in the same ways that they may become addicted to vices like gambling. States such as anger, shame, and resentment become so comfortable over time that they become preferable and limit the presence of positivity in life.
